Book of Remembrance
Our Book of Remembrance is an important tradition at RTFH. This booklet contains the names of our loved ones. Sharing these names as a community memorializes them in our collective memories. The Book of Remembrance contains the names of those whom you wish to be remembered during Yizkor.
This year, the book will be created digitally and will be displayed during services on Yom Kippur day. The digital Book of Remembrance will be available for download on this site. The deadline for the submission of names is September 5, 2022 in order for the book to be done in time for the High Holy Days.

If there are no changes to your entries, please select Yes to indicate that you want the same names printed with no additions or corrections in the form below. You can only do this if you are logged in to ShulCloud. If you are not logged in, please click the Login button at the top right and enter your email address and password, or use the Forgot Password link. Then return to https://rtfh.shulcloud.com/bookofremembrance. If you do not log in, you will have to enter all names again from scratch.
Creating a digital book allows us to also include photographs. If you would like to submit a picture in honor of a loved one, please upload them in the space provided, or send electronically to services@rtfh.org. Note if you are requesting to use the same photograph(s) as last year there is no need to upload or send the photographs again.
Please note that names to be remembered are charged at $10 per entry. If you are submitting photographs, we would appreciate a donation of $18 for each photograph you would like to include. If you are renewing the same entries as last year, the form will show you the amount you paid last year.
After submitting, you will be given the option to arrange payment. If you plan on paying by check, please select "Bill to My Account" and then send the check to Reform Temple of Forest Hills, 71-11 112th Street, Forest Hills, NY 11375. We encourage payment by ACH/eCheck for which we do not collect any fees.
